Professional title
This is something i thought might be a good idea. it is a title similar to the skill hunter title tracks, except that the way it works is that when you aquire every skill for a profession say ranger you would gain a 1 tire title that would say "Professional Ranger". this would include all elites and nonelites for your profession from all 4 games. and if you unlock every skill for every profession on a pve character it could have another title that is just "Elite".

Just 'Elite'? That's going to need a really really good word, because Elite doesn't cut it compared to Elite Skill Hunter, which is a somewhat lower rank.
This is just another 'I'm a rich bit*h and bought PKM. It's also unfair to people who don't have all 3 campaigns + the expansion.
It's not really a challenge, just a buyout really, a money sink. I don't see the point.

tbh I quite like the idea... being someone who meets exactly that on my Ranger. Would show you have at least dedicated time and resources to your profession.

Well "unlock" isn't a good idea... you can use Balth to unlock skills.... it would more need you knowing the skill and being able to use the skill for your secondary. Then you could be a "Jack of All Trades"

So you would get instant titles for buying the skills packs in the on-line stores?

I did not mean unlock as with balth faction. if you noticed it says pve characters. what i meant was learn or capture all skills, so unlock packs would have no effect for this title just as you dont get "Elite Skill Hunter" from the unlock packs. and i do think that "jack of all trades would be a better title for knowing all skills for all professions.
and for those who say it is unfair to those who dont own all 4 games, look at it this way. so are all the skill hunter titles cause core elites give points to all three but you cant max them without all 3 main games. also as for it being a gold sink, so is drunkard, sweet tooth, and prestige armor, but with this title you would actually have some benifit, and you would have to cap numerous elites so it would take a lot of work, and be able to reach all the places to buy all the skills, so it really is deserving of a title, at least as much as cartographer or anything else.
this would also benitfit anet because they would have people who want the title but only own 1 game going and buying the others for the title, because the minimum games you would need to reach any of the titles would be nightfall and eotn.

/signed for PvE only chars who the unlock packs dont work for. I would have this on my sin (proffessional assassin) and she would almost have ranger as well. I would like this title. But I would prefer no bonuses to it just the title so no one can bitch and moan about it.

I like it also. PvE-only and not compatible with unlock packs. I have that as a goal on my monk, even without getting a title for it.

Yes definitly PvE only. no other benifit really it would just show that you put a lot of work into this character and give a bit of a goal in that respect.

That would be a kinda cool idea... Ultimate Skiller Title... Sounds like a kind of prestege title to show off how much time and devotion you have for your character...
